To get to Bactria, the whole gang and I decided to go to Kashgar! In Kashgar we saw a lot of land which was very surprising. Another thing I found really surprising was they were not Chinese. They were just outside of China and had little to do with it besides the Han Dynasty wanting to come and take land. Much of the land was filled with grass and many different animals. With so much of it, it seemed like there were only a few people living in the area. I was surprised by how many people there actually was.
While we rested, we noticed a fight going on. Emann and Dakshi (the husbands) went to the fight to see what was going on. We found out that because the people that lived there may lose their land, everyone is fighting over who deserved the most. With such crisis's, there have been numerous fights within the city.
On the bright side of things, Edha and I were able to go to the market and look at clothes and spices. We were able to trade some of our silk for their spices. Some including a couple spices that are hard to get in India.
